The Power of Action: Conversation with sisters Andra Kalnins and Ilga Leimanis

The Power of Action: Conversation with sisters Andra Kalnins and Ilga Leimanis was recorded on 9 June 2022 and released online one year later including a new tribute I recorded to my sister. During the Q&A we talk about emergence, playful processes, and allowing yourself to risk and let things happen. Hope is not given, you cannot wait for it to happen, you need to actively make it happen. Andra talks about her mindfulness practice and connection with her breath; collaboration is an opportunity to grow as individuals. You can make small shifts in your perspective, when you are not feeling well, when things are tough.

Thank you to UAL Academic Support for the opportunity to do this talk - with thanks to Graham Barton, James Blake and Sukhwinder Sagoo-Reddy and everyone who joined live to listen and shared amazing comments.

Thank you to my sister Andra for this collaboration.
